The Madisonville Pantry -- The Tradition of Canning and Preserving in Dook's Family

Dook joins Leah's niece Cleo Robinson to talk about the tradition of canning and preserving that filled her mother's pantry with jars of fresh fruits and vegetables. In his kitchen Dook prepares Homemade Red Plum Jelly, and Ratatouille.
