Alva Jean Chase prepares a favorite recipe, oven pork chops, she would serve husband Edgar 'Dooky' Chase III, and sons Trevor, Travis and Dook. Inspired by memories, back in his kitchen Dook prepares Grandmother Rita's Baked Chicken, Big Dooky's Bone in Rib Eye, and Pecan Tart.
