KET’s regular office hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Requests to inspect public records, per KRS Ch. 61, should be submitted using the process below:
- Kentucky’s Open Records Request Form should be submitted by e-mail to Tonya Crum, Chief of Staff at tcrum@ket.org, or by regular mail to KET 600 Cooper Drive, Lexington, Kentucky 40502.
- KET has five working days after receipt of the application to notify the requesting party of any documents unavailable and will supply the requested information at the earliest practicable date.
- The requesting party can receive the documents electronically or as copies. All copies of documents are $0.10 per copy.
