Am I eligible for KET Passport?
KET Passport is a membership benefit available to donors that contribute an annual tax-deductible gift of $60 or more, or an ongoing sustaining gift of $5 per month. To join KET and get access to KET Passport, visit Ket.org/Passport and become a member today!
I am already a KET Member, but I am not sure if I have activated my Passport benefit. How can I check?
First, use the Passport Lookup Tool to see if you have an existing Passport account.
If further assistance is needed, please contact the KET Membership Team by email (membership@ket.org) or call 800-866-0366. We must have a valid email address to send Passport information.
Why did I not receive a KET Passport activation code?
Activation codes are found in the confirmation emails sent shortly after a donation has been made. We suggest checking your email history for this message. If not there, be sure to check your spam folder. You can also use the Passport Lookup Tool to have your activation code resent, as long as an email address is attached to your KET Membership Account.

A program I want to see with KET Passport is not available. Why?
While Passport does offer more content for streaming than the PBS App, we are unable to offer every program. KET must purchase streaming rights separately from television broadcast rights and we are not always able to obtain both rights for every program. If a program is not available on Passport, it is most likely we were not granted the streaming rights and are prohibited from offering it to you.
Where can I watch KET Passport? And how do I sign in?
KET Passport is available to watch through the KET website or the PBS App – which is available on most major streaming devices. Please follow these instructions provided by PBS.
