Pianist Ray Johnson of Louisville follows with a salute to America's music, jazz, paying special homage to Duke Ellington. The Juggernaut Jug Band winds up the evening with an eclectic mix of rousing tunes from the 1930s to contemporary times. A 2003 KET production.

Built around a day in the life of a Kentucky coal truck driver, "Coal Bucket Outlaw" provides a direct look at where our energy comes from as well as the human and environmental price we pay for our heavy dependence on fossil fuels. "Applewise" profiles the Mullins family, third-generation apple growers, and their struggle to maintain and manage one of only two remaining family-run apple orchards in Wise County, VA.

After a night of paranormal activity at Ashford Acres, Carrie paddles the South Fork of the Licking River while Kyle visits Maiden City Brewery and the Pike Street Wine House. They end their adventure at the Dailey Grind, where Kyle reveals a real pain in the neck! A 2023 KET production.
