The NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) HelpLine is available Monday through Friday, 10 am — 10 pm, ET. The NAMI HelpLine is a free, nationwide peer-support service providing information, resource referrals and support to people living with a mental health condition, their family members and caregivers, mental health providers and the public. - Caregiver’s Help Desk (855-227-3640)
The Caregiver Help Desk, a service of Caregiver Action Network, offers free support to family caregivers, staffed by experts, who can help support you on your caregiving journey. Access experts Monday through Friday, 8 am – 7 pm EST. - Text “TOUGH” to 741741
