"Texas Monthly" barbecue editor Daniel Vaughn is searching for restaurants where the story is not just about the barbecue. Hallelujah! BBQ, a part of the Rescue Mission of El Paso, helps staff develop vocational skills to propel them to new lives while serving good barbecue along the way.
