Issues presented include whether Father can recover attorney's fees from Mother under CR 68 when: (1) Mother rejected Father's offer to settle her motion to modify child support motion by paying her $150 per month; (2) after a hearing, the family court terminated Father's child support obligation to Mother; (3) at the same hearing, the family court considered several other motions regarding parenting issues; (4) Father made no offer of judgment on the parenting issues; (5) the family court resolved some of the parenting issues in Mother's favor and others in Father's favor.
