Issues include whether a BRB claimant must answer the insurance company’s questions during an EUO regarding her alleged unlawful solicitation by a chiropractor; and if the BRB claimant refuses to answer questions regarding solicitation during her EUO, whether the insurance company can obtain an order of discovery requiring the claimant to disclose how she selected her medical provider without first requesting the claimant’s medical records.
