Issues include whether proceedings in a separate but related case (that is now dismissed) rendered Blackstone’s claims against KPPA unripe, and whether the contracts between Blackstone and KPPA require Blackstone to prove that it acted in good faith as a prerequisite to recover for KPPA’s alleged breach of contract.
