Dementia-Friendly, Amazing Grace Chorus

The Amazing Grace Chorus celebrates Black culture and history through gospel music in a dementia-friendly environment for members 55+. Founded at the Walker West Academy in St. Paul, Minnesota the choir aims to decrease isolation for elders, give culturally relevant tools surrounding dementia and pass down the traditions of gospel music from one generation to the next.
