On this episode of The Farmer & The Foodie, Maggie Keith and Lindsey McClave visit Deane, in southeastern Kentucky, to hunt for delicious strawberries. Then they travel to Whitesburg, a community rebuilding from a devastating flood in 2022, to meet friends and neighbors at the Whitesburg Farmers Market, the Cowan Community Center and the CANE Kitchen, where they make strawberry cake with local children.
