WHEN: Monday, May 4 at 8 pm.

WHERE: KET Network Center in Lexington, 600 Cooper Drive, Lexington KY 40502.

Please note the following guidelines:

• Members of the media wishing to attend the May 4 candidate program are required to request a credential. The media room will open at 6 pm and journalists are asked to arrive no later than 7:30 pm to allow time for security screening. Any media arriving after 7:30 pm will be given access to media room but will not be allowed in the studio at any time. 
• Still photography and video will be briefly allowed in the studio prior to the program. No members of the media are allowed in the studio during the program.
• There will be audio & HD-video feeds of the programs provided in the Media Room. There will be no satellite feeds of the programs.
• Only short clips (1-2 minutes) with a “Courtesy KET” credit may be used following the conclusion of the program. 
• Candidates may provide media availability directly following the program. 
• As quickly as possible following the conclusion, the full program will be made available online on KET.org. No “recording” and re-posting of the video is permitted.
• If using the provided embed code below to stream the program: Please be sure to remove the code following the program’s conclusion.
• No weapons of any kind may be brought into the studio where the live broadcast will take place by anyone other than KET security personnel.
