‘Inside Louisville’ talks with leaders of two organizations known for helping others: Family Scholar House and Shirley’s Way
For Release: 01/09/24 6:00 AM
Louisville’s reputation as a compassionate city owes mightily to its network of grassroots organizations that focus on helping others. Two organizations that have helped foster that reputation for giving back are the Family Scholar House, which helps families get back on their feet, and Shirley’s Way, which helps families coping with a cancer diagnosis.
On this episode of Inside Louisville, Kelsey Starks talks with leaders from both organizations: Sarah Brady, a vice president with Family Scholar House, and Mike Mulrooney, founder of Shirley’s Way.
