World-renowned chef Edward Lee visited Louisville for the Kentucky Derby some time ago and quickly decided to call it his home. Since then, he’s created some of the most iconic restaurants, become a TV star on Iron Chef, Top Chef and more and is now an award-winning author of two cookbooks.

Lee joins Inside Louisville host Kelsey Starks to discuss his love of cooking, why he’s committed to giving back, and his love for Louisville – a place he says he’ll never leave.
