PBS American Portrait, a national storytelling project, invites us all to participate in a national conversation about what it means to be an American today.
To answer this question, PBS is collecting photos, illustrations, videos, and text submissions from across the country to capture the state and spirit of the nation. PBS will develop a documentary series from the submissions which it plans to premiere in 2021.
