CANCELED Free screening of “World on Fire,” a new Masterpiece drama

Thank you for your interest in attending KET’s preview screening of World on Fire on March 25. In an effort to protect the health and safety of the communities and citizens we serve, the event has been canceled. Please tune in to KET on Sunday, April 5 at 9/8 pm for the premiere of the program.

Join KET for a special, free screening of the first episode of the new Masterpiece drama, “World on Fire.” This gripping series follows the fates of ordinary people in five countries during the first year of World War II and features performances from Helen Hunt, Sean Bean and more.

The screening will be followed by a special discussion of WWII history in Northern Kentucky with:

    • Elaine Kuhn, local history/genealogy expert at Kenton County Public Library;
    • Dave Schroeder, director of the Kenton County Public Library;
    • Dr. Paul Tenkotte, professor of history & geography at Northern Kentucky University, and director of The Center for Public History
