The Royal Dairy at Windsor Castle

Working with sculptor and architect John Thomas, Prince Albert led the charge behind a model dairy located on the Windsor estate. Showcasing his passion for form and function, every part of the building was designed for ventilation and to help keep milk stored on the crown property cold.
