Sometimes in April

A drama about the tragic 100 days of the 1994 Rwandan genocide, seen through the eyes of a Hutu soldier whose wife is Tutsi. Shot on location in Rwanda, this HBO Films production also explores the world's lack of response to the escalating conflict between the Hutu and Tutsi and chronicles the Rwandan struggle to find justice and accountability a decade later. Idris Elba stars as Augustin, with Debra Winger as former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Prudence Bushnell. Following the film, Jeff Greenfield moderates a discussion about genocide.
