The Farmer & The Foodie rounds up some bison experts in this episode. Woodford Farm and Bourbon County Bison explain the animal’s history and the benefits of its meat. Hosts Maggie Keith and Lindsey McClave then fire up the grill to make some bison ribeye steaks and bison kebabs served with tzatziki sauce as well as bison smash burgers with a special sauce and fresh fixings.
