‘The Farmer & The Foodie’ harvests honey, makes chicken and waffles

Honey is all the buzz in this episode of The Farmer & The Foodie. Hosts Maggie Keith and Lindsey McClave join apiarist Dr. Amanda Skidmore and beekeeper Tim Sheehan of My Harrodsburg Honey to learn about beekeeping and honey harvesting. In the kitchen, they make hot honey chicken and waffles and a honey whole wheat flatbread topped with white sauce, bacon and asparagus. A 2026 KET production.
