House Budget Chair Reviews Bevin’s Spending Plan

Rep. Rick Rand (D-Bedford) says the dire narrative about the state’s finances promoted by Republicans is exaggerated. Democrats do agree that some budget cuts are in order, just not to the extent Gov. Matt Bevin has proposed.
