Through your combined efforts and the generosity of rock star sponsors who stuck with us this year\, our first Virtual Party netted $156\,000 in support of KET programs and services!\n\n\nOf course more than a fun party\, Summer Celebration is our largest single-day source of funds that gives KET the flexibility to respond to citizen and community needs:\n\n 	KET produced Kentucky’s first COVID-19 forum and ongoing updates\, and provides live coverage and the feed for all networks of Gov. Beshear’s press conferences.\n 	KET has always equalized education through the power of media\, and both on air and online use of our free at-home teaching and learning resources jumped 218% last month alone.\n 	Especially during times of struggle\, KET’s services give voice to all people\, deepen understanding about fairness and respect\, and provide forums for important—sometimes difficult—conversations about the path forward.\n 	For an escape\, KET transports us out of our homes and around the world with compelling stories\, entertainment and discovery.
