Paper Plane Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ounces bourbon 
  • 2 ounces aperol 
  • 2 ounces amaro
  • 2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice 
  • 2 lemon twists for garnish  

PREPARATION:

Fill two coupe glasses with ice cubes and set aside. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the bourbon, aperol, Amaro, and lemon juice. Add top and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker becomes very cold. Remove the ice cubes from the coupe glasses and strain the cocktail into each coupe. Garnish with lemon twist and serve.
